EVIL_SAINT'S APOCALYPTIC CON-TROLL

A LITTLE bit of inspiration from the stellar's dolmarks decks

Its not RUB, its not GRUB, its not one of the popular 4-civ controls, its not even a 5-civ (thats not my style, i better stay away from those...) - its meant to be the first type of a legendary new control: RGB!!! (there arent too many of these around right?)
Its basicly heavy spell control with a little twist of dolmarks with mongrel as draw support - discard, mana burn (take that, RUB!), destruction and draw power combined with only 3 civs!

Turn 2: Squito/faerie/elf/crimson - especially effective against rush (but if there no pressure theres no need to unneccesarily spam cards when we got no easy water draw, we gotta use mana accel, and later mongrel+destruction as alternative draw)

Turn 3: BAT/Dimension for setup

Turn 4 (turn 3 if elf is dropped at turn 2): Charmilia if theres not heavy field pressure, volcano for setup if little field presence
Otherwise reap and sow is a very safe setup against other controls or aggros, mongrel is a great alternative especially if theres field presence to consume
Grim reaper as support for the heavy darkness creatures

Turn 5-6 (depends on the mana accel): Meltdown against rush (if 1 or 0 shields left + a bat and/or elf to atk with) Lost soul against control, rebirth/apoc/domarks against aggro/f-control especially if mongrel is present

Turn 7-8: Swapping the big guy needed, various possibilties here... i can write a book about all the options...

Changelog: +2 Chains, +2 Squitos, +1 Baza, +3 Dimensions, +2 Blizzards (instead of cutthroat and dolmarks), +1 Cryptic (instead of bolly), +1 Earth Ripper, +1 Ice vapor (instead of 1 clamp), +1 Charmilia (instead of 1 clamp), +1 Bliss (instead of cryptic), +1 Wave (instead of faerie), +1 Motorcycle (instead of volcano), -2 Crisis, -2 Pyros, -1 Brood, -1 Elf, -3 Clamps, -1 Bliss, -1 Dolmarks, -1 Swap, -1 Bolly, -1 Elf, -1 Cryptic, -1 Volcano

Considerations: eruption, cataclysm, bonanza, dolmarks>pit?, nexus, 2nd version with armorloids instead of ghosts? upheaval, slashnburn corpse/morbid<gigargon?, jack-combo being too situational? zero nemesis, apoc>blizzard?, mosquito for spell return/rush? pyro<cutthroat for rush? brood+bliss being too situational? dela against other controls? crath lade><gaji><ice vapor, elf>faerie? clamp><soul, volcano><crimson><phantom, rebirth>blizzard? blizzard><bolme, blizzard compensates for cutt? delacerna being too situational, earth ripper, 3rd swap><3rd dolmarks><stallob
Stallob/crath being too situational..
crath lade><stallob><ice vapor, crimson>phantom
balza as alt 4-drop
wind axe><ice vapor
Cryptic><Bliss

Oh thx Stellar, i know u were one of the few duelists on this site to be able to realize the potential of a d/f/n control Btw i got little inspiration earlier from ur dolmarks swap burn, but i put a lot of new aspects into it to make it a control without water
People may wonder why im not using water and making it a 4-civ like u did but this one definitely has its advantages aswell Sry about that crash earlier, ik u should have probably won it.. looking forward to cya on the battlefield for more testing ^^
Oh, and about bolly, im not sure i need more than 1 since i potentially can get him back from both mana and grave - besides shield burn is not the main tactic, and shouldnt take too much space then - i dont want this deck to go over 60. Field control and mana burn (dolmarks) is the key strat here as u probably noticed allready.

yeah well, my first try when i built dolmarks deck was without water(http://www.tradecardsonline.com/im/showDeck/deck_id/559191). anyway, this really doesn't matter. but i wanted to say that you might have the bad luck of getting bolmeteus in shields, that's why i suggested you to increase it.

Oh yea, right i almost forgot about the shields.. Well maybe i will substitute another copy of bolly with sky crusher which hasn't been as usefull as i expected yet.. much depends on testing here, and I'm a patient man, thats why i write all those considerations down.. but again, so far I've won most times without bolly, if u can get the opponents mana to zero when he has no hand, there shouldnt be too many ways of fighting back, even though he got triggers (and i got a couple of shields aswell).

It's great to see an RGB! Considering that my own best deck back in the KP days was an RGB, I really like it. My style was a bit different though. I had the privilege of using Jenny and Time Tripper. Also, I used Soulswap + Gajirabute (maybe try that in another variant). Good job, overall.

Great deck! What I love about you is your new innovations and ideas that most people don't have... This is a new comeback for the Miraculous Duo, I guess..

A few things I wanna note out : Why is the essence elf in Japanese? Other thing is I found some English TCG cards that exists, IS there in tradecardsonline, however it is in Japanese....

(Just remembered that I didn't delete my cookies in my old computer, BACK to tradecardsonline (and Yahoo I guess)!!!!!

i was considering draw possibilities and found that apocalypse vise with mongreal man, are best scenario of draw in one turn right so, like it or not but steller is right in this dolmarks will not only help you with draw but also give u ample support of mana burn and creature removal.

Well, i see ur point but that was in the very beginning when the deck was just a blueprint testing object. But now the deck has developed and achieved much individuality, to be honest i dont even remember the similarities between our decks apart from dolmarks and swap - which was the cards that made the original civ combination. Using Grim Soul to support him was my innovation just to mention 1 new aspect.
